Reservations must be made more than 48 hours in advance of parking at Birmingham airport.
If the duration of your stay is less than the minimum duration for your chosen car park you will be charged for the minimum period. Charges are calculated on a per calendar day basis.

Cancellations: Your reservation can be cancelled up to 12 hrs prior to arrival. You will be charged for 1 day only. Cancellations must be made in writing or by email: bookings@connectcarrental.com or by fax +44 (0) 1582 736728. Please ensure you have your prepaid voucher with you upon arrival. Unused vouchers will not be refunded.
